GENERAL INFORMATIONS

  • Climbolic Efes Ultra is a race which is organized on the terrain in five different categories as 5K,12K,23K, 42K, 61K ve 120K
  • Competitors will get the chance to see the historical beauties of Ephesus Selçuk while running and exploring the Ephesus Ancient City, which is a World Heritage Site, during the Climbolic Efes Ultra Marathon.
  • Additional health checks or conditions may be requested prior to the arrival of the participants and runners. (Temperature measurement, etc.)
  • Competitors run on track marked by organization during the race. Markers are put in minimum 10 meters intervals or maximum 100 meters intervals in accordance with the terrain structure.
  • The race start time (startwave) and chest number distribution will be done by appointment system for each participant.
  • Running by following the marks is a responsibility of the competitors. Getting lost (run on wrong place) is in the nature of pathway running
  • The race information meeting will be held on the live broadcast social media accounts and participants will be informed about the time and day.
  • Organization has the right to alter the directions in the track before race. Applied changes will be announced to competitors before race.
  • At the KIT Distribution table, our participants can only buy their own kit bag.

  • Some of the tracks may pass through public roads. It is the competitor’s responsibility to comply with the traffic rules and to pay attention to the vehicles and make safe passes.

  • Our participants who are under the age of 18 cannot participate in race races over 12K. For the 5K and 12K tracks, they need to send the parental consent petition to the organization.
  • For volunteering, please send an e-mail to bilgi@limitsensin.org.
  • Drog bags will not be given by the organization in case of development with Covid-19. Participants can write their name and surname on their Drog bag and deliver it to the organization team.
  • No transfer service will be provided within the scope of Covid-19 measures.
  • For the 42K, 61K and 120K tracks, we will have food in our CP points, but we kindly ask our participants to bring their high level food.
  • As a dressing cabin and shower service cannot be provided in the event area within the scope of Covid-19, it is recommended that participants bring towels.
  • Mandatory material checks will be made at the kit table and at the start time. Kit delivery cannot be made to the participants who do not show their compulsory materials on the kit table.

General Rules

    • The event is open to everyone. Participants are obliged to bear a 6 months health statement(5K, 12K and 23K) and a licence issued by the federation of the sportsmen/women, proves that participants are eligible for running.
    • Participants compete by signing the risk admission form.
    • Participants can only get help and partial support on pre-determined points. There are mandatory items which participants are obliged to carry.
    • Participants must carry their race bibs (should be visible all times).
    • Participants must be ready at the start point announced in the race program.
    • All check points must be passed by participants. Participants that don’t pass any check point will be disqualified.
    • Any participant leaving the race is obliged to inform the organization committee.
    • The participants authorize the Organization to freely use any images and videos depicting them during the event.
    • Listening to music with earphones is forbidden throughout the whole race.
    • Participants who are over 65 years old, will be able join to competition with ECG(electrocardiogram) report and health report from cardiologists.
    • 23K mandatory materials are identification document, headlamp, telephone and glass / water container.
    • The mandatory materials in 5K and 12K races are identity card and phone.
    • If there is a high fever situation as a result of fire measurement in the participants, the race will not be able to participate.
    • Competitors must be at the starting point at the time specified in the race schedule. Start times will be sent to the people by sms method by the organization. Depending on the Covid-19 directive, it should wait 10 minutes before the start time in the start box.
    • Competitors must sign “Participant Commitment”.
    • The run is open to everyone. Participants must have a 6-month health certificate (not required for 5K, 12K and 23K) or an approved athlete license from a sports federation stating that they do not prevent them from running. Relevant documents will be submitted to the organization before the race.
